How to Make an Appointment

Growing Minds Psychology Services accepts referrals from a variety of difference sources from parents, carers, medical practitioners, support agencies or government staff. Referrals can be made by any individual seeking intervention for the child or adolescent they are responsible for. It is important however to ensure that consent has been provided by the parent or adolescent prior to sending a referral.

Growing Minds Psychology Services is currently open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.

For parents wishing to make an appointment for their child, adolescent, themselves or other members of their family, or for an adolescent seeking to self-refer, this can be done by either:

1. Phone us on 04220 606 770            or
2. Send an email enquiry to admin@growingmindspsychologyservices.com.au 

Please note that a referral is not needed to see a psychologist, however, rebates may be available with a referral depending on the nature of the presenting issues.

When you make an appointment, you will receive an email confirming your appointment details. 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will also receive an SMS reminder. Please ensure that you attend your appointment at the allocated time and advise us within 24 hours if you are unable to make your appointment.

For medical practitioners or service providers wishing to refer a client, this can be done through the following options:

3. Emailing referral details via confidential email to admin@growingmindspsychologyservices.com.au
